Choose the day before choosing the course
For a walking budget, Juniper Hill and Butternut Farm publish useful cards. Sandy Burr needs a live quote. Shaker Hills uses dynamic pricing and separates some advance fees. These are different ways to price golf, not interchangeable estimates.
Juniper Hill
Walking 18 costs $54 Monday–Friday or $59 on weekends and holidays; nine holes costs $33 or $36. An 18-hole cart is $26 per rider. The weekend morning mandatory-cart rule applies April 25–September 27, 2026, before 1:05pm, not throughout the year.
Public tee times open seven days ahead and cancellations need 12 hours of notice. Juniper Hill offers Riverside and Lakeside as separate 18-hole courses and does not sell memberships.
Sandy Burr
Use Sandy Burr’s current public tee sheet for the price on your date. The club does not publish a dated fixed rate card on the pages checked. Confirm cart charges and any membership benefits separately.

Butternut Farm
The published Monday–Friday walking fee for 18 holes is $57. Weekend walking fees are $70 before noon, $60 after noon and $50 after 3pm. An 18-hole cart adds $24 per rider. The course states that it does not issue rain checks.
Compare the official tee sheet with the rate card for the time you intend to play. The published seven-day membership is $2,900, weekday membership $2,150 and senior Monday–Thursday membership $1,750; confirm availability and exclusions before paying.
Stow Acres
The South Course’s posted 18-hole walking fee is $50 Monday–Thursday or $65 Friday–Sunday before 3pm; the later Friday–Sunday fee is $55. Carts add $24. On October 6, the homepage advertised a temporary $25 nine-hole North fee. Confirm that offer when reserving.
The operator currently describes an 18-hole South Course and a nine-hole North Course, and advertises North play. Earlier claims that the North is closed for all of 2026 are out of date. Check the current tee sheet, course assignment and maintenance notice.
Shaker Hills
Shaker Hills uses dynamic pricing with cart, GPS and range access included. The live booking sheet is the quote. Advance public reservations 8–90 days ahead carry a separate, non-refundable $30 per-player booking fee; Shaker Pass and member fees differ.
Standard public reservations open seven days ahead; the free Shaker Pass gives eight days. The cancellation deadline is 24 hours. An advance booking fee is separate from the green fee.
One closure and one changed configuration
Leo J. Martin is closed for golf throughout 2026 while its range remains open. Stow Acres currently advertises South 18 and North nine play. An older list that treats the North as closed for the whole season needs a current operator check.
