Price the time you can actually play
Wayland Country Club publishes walking rates and later weekend discounts. That makes it useful for a group choosing between a morning round and a less expensive afternoon start in the same town.
An after-6pm fee buys very limited daylight in autumn. Treat it as a short golf plan unless the season and available light support more. For an annual membership, use your likely rounds and eligible time windows in the calculation.
The published price
The 2026 walking fee is $57 on weekdays and $67 on weekends and holidays. Weekend fees fall to $59 after 1pm and $49 after 3pm. An 18-hole cart adds $23 per rider. The $35 after-6pm fee needs a daylight check.
