Wayland is only about 15 miles west of Boston and operates on a daily-green-fee basis. The course sits beside a large band of conservation land, so the experience feels less suburban than the mileage suggests. It is the kind of course to choose for convenience and pace, not for resort amenities or tournament pedigree.
What the course is like
The routing remains playable for newer golfers while still asking experienced players to choose lines and manage smaller targets. It is a natural step up from nine-hole city golf without the length and difficulty of the toughest MetroWest courses.

Rates and tee times
The 2026 walking fee is $57 on weekdays and $67 on weekends and holidays. Weekend fees fall to $59 after 1pm and $49 after 3pm. An 18-hole cart adds $23 per rider.
