From a foursome to an outing.

Nearby online starts are not a promise that no other group starts between you. Carl checks the observed times and their spacing; the shop can confirm the full sheet.

Before someone puts down a card.

  • Agree on one date, layout, budget and final headcount.
  • Confirm every start is still available and eligible for its assigned golfers.
  • Check public versus resident/member rates, carts, taxes, deposits and cancellation terms.
  • Have the course confirm the block if you need all starts secured together.
  • Use the outing planner for pairings after the starts are confirmed.

Group golf questions

Can eight golfers play in one tee time?

Carl splits groups larger than four over multiple starts. Eight usually needs at least two, each with four available places. The actual player count at every start must satisfy the course’s booking rules.

Does Carl reserve a block of tee times?

No. Carl finds observed online options and shares the check time, assigned golfers, fees and official links. Availability can change before checkout. Confirm the whole block and group policy with the course before paying.

Can Carl arrange a shotgun start?

Shotgun starts, tournament packages and large events are course-managed arrangements. Carl can help shortlist sourced course choices; the operator must quote and confirm the event.

How long do shared group options last?

A link to Carl’s checked group options expires after 24 hours. It is a snapshot, not refreshed inventory or a hold. Ask Carl to check again before booking.
