Pembroke has public golf and a redevelopment plan, but those are different kinds of information. The town's application index marks Weathervane at Pembroke Country Club as approved. The linked supplemental filing proposes 175 age-restricted homes and an extended range.
Those documents do not tell you which holes or paths are affected on the day you play. Ask the shop about current work and routing. Then check whether your start time permits walking and how late carts remain available.
The published price
Monday–Thursday 18-hole rates are $59 walking and $69 riding. Before 2pm Friday, only the $79 riding rate is sold; Saturday, Sunday and holidays cost $95 riding. Twilight after 2pm is $69 Friday or $79 on weekends and does not guarantee 18 holes. Carts stop being available after 5:30pm.

Reserve the right round
Reserve through the official course site. Read the course's current cancellation policy and confirm any cart restrictions for your date; a rate card cannot tell you whether carts will be on paths that morning.
